You have to teach your drivers how to treat potential customers! This company is a joke. You need to be out of business!

Useless app. Tried for two days on two phones to get the activation code sent to me in the US. No code ever received, so unable to use it.

Looks like a good app but couldn’t receive verification code with my numbers from Germany and China. Useless

Was lucky to avoid major car crash three times. Pure luck. Not sure was the driver drunk of under influence. At the end did not return proper change. I have been so happy with Yellow Taxi. Not sure this driver belongs in this company.

Spouse and I made repeated attempts to sign up on the app but neither of us received a required code using our US phone numbers.

I Gabe the driver 20 and asked him to take 5 leva as a tip , since I already paid on the app , he gave me 5 leva back , so trip cost me the fare plus double 15 leva , poor rating

I tried using the app twice. Both times, a red error box popped up stating the booking system was down. Awful experience! Do not even try using this

I only speak English. He was a good driver. I tried to tip him and he didn’t understand. lol

I use Yellow almost exclusively but I wish they would invest in the app. It’s just too buggy for such a big business.

My driver was literally so sweet and so awesome!! He connected with me and asked me how I was, great driver and great service! If I could I would hire him as my personal driver lol 🫶🏻.

While I can't be certain, I believe this app sold off my credit card details to bad actors who tried to draw money without my authorization.

Have used twice while I’m here in Bulgaria, works really well. Drivers arrive promptly, easy to pay, easy to use! Not sure why others leave bad reviews.

The decision to change the car number displayed in the app from the one printed on the side of the car to the license plate is bad! The license plates are not visible from the side, where the passengers are.

We needed to go from the center of Sofia to the Sofia airport very early in the morning, before public transportation starts operating. I was able to add my US credit card to the app, made a booking the evening before for 3:45AM next morning. 20 minutes before the pickup time you can see the assigned driver in the app in real-time. The driver showed up 5 minutes earlier, was friendly and got us to the airport without any hiccups. The payment was according to the meter, the final amount was barely different from the estimate provided in the app. The attempt was made to charge the app that I have specified in the app, but my credit card institution rejected the first transaction asking me to confirm it first. I was able to just pay using Apple Pay directly in the car. It may have been possible to retry the payment via the app, but I didn't try it. Based on my fairly anecdotal experience, this app got its job done nicely. YMMV.

Това приложение е толкова добро иии полезно, че като си поръчаш от дадено място такси, пише че шофера идва след 2 мин, поглеждаш след 2 минути, то се оказва, че човека е в съвсем различна посока на 10мин от теб, отдалечава се иии изобщо не те отразява... Ядосвам се, отписвам го, поръчвам ново такси, Бай Ганьо приема поръчката иии пак същия уй 😀😀😀 ебем ти скапаното приложение... 20мин се мъча да поръчам такси и накрая трябваше да търся от улицата, като съответно закъснях за срещата... Трия го и не го препоръчвам на никого!!!!

I give this app 5 stars, not because of its modern design, but because of its functionality. This app has helped me so much as I hate calling by phone. When I call by phone, I get grumpy women who make my day even worse. This app saves me tons of time & nerves. Thank you!

След дълги години, за съжаление или аппа е станал бъгав, или услугата се е влошила неимоверно. За една вечер чаках повече отколкото цяла година. И накрая си взех такси от улицата (също йелоу), а човека каза, че изобщо не му бил излязъл адреса в колата. За тел. да не говорим. Той винаги е call failed.
